Refund policy

We want your jewelry to align beautifully with your energy.

If you’re not completely happy with your piece, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Please email moonkissedbotanica@gmail.com with your order number before sending your return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs, if applicable).

Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
